Hello, my name is Justine! I'm a student at Camosun Interurban. I currently live in a 3 bedroom townhouse with one other roommate. The house is very close to Royal Roads University in Colwood on the 51 and 52 bus routes - close to the 50 , 61 and 39 too. I have a room available for November 15th. It's nice and big with a good amount of space. It's $600 which includes everything - washer/dryer, heat/hotwater, hydro, and internet. (You'd have full use of the common areas too) The house is clean, newly painted and decorated. The room is unfurnished but it does have a king size bed in it right now, which you're welcome to keep (If not, I can get rid of it) There isn't any parking in the complex, but there's street parking in the cul de sac behind the complex. I have a wonderful cat named Jasper - who is great and dog-like but keep that in mind if you're allergic! Please e-mail me if you're interested and include a bit about yourself too!
